Tatoma helps organisations find practical, useful ways to adopt AI. We work hands-on, close to the business, and focus on real execution, with humans at the center.
As Co-Founder & CTO, I lead technical strategy and delivery quality, ensuring that every engagement moves from concept to working solution. I build the platform and internal systems that make our work repeatable, so we're not starting from scratch each time, and clients benefit from everything we've learned before.
A core part of my role is productizing what we learn. When we see patterns across engagements, we turn them into reusable tools and software that accelerate future work and create standalone value. This keeps us sharp and gives clients more for their investment.
I'm also building the engineering capability behind the practice. As demand grows, we need a team that can deliver at the same standard I hold myself to. That means hiring carefully, establishing good ways of working, and creating an environment where engineers can do meaningful work on real problems.
What drives Tatoma
How do we move European companies from AI hype to real impact? How do we build solutions that amplify human potential rather than replace it? What does it take to turn capability into competitive advantage?
Tatoma builds the bridge between AI capability and creative impact. Too much of the AI conversation is still theoretical. We focus on what's practical: real results, useful tools, and solutions that work in the real world. Ideas are cheap; execution is where value is created.
Europe has a strong research base, a solid industrial backbone, and a clear focus on human-centered innovation. We believe this is Europe's moment and we're here to help companies seize it. Speed with responsibility, amplifying humans rather than replacing them, and turning potential into progress.
Talking to machines, listening to people.
